Functional purpose

Suitable for storing and cooling fresh milk in large milk stations or dairy factories, and can also be used for storing liquid materials in other food and pharmaceutical factories. This equipment is equipped with a washing system, mixing system, lighting and perspective devices, temperature and liquid level indicators.

Detailed description of large indoor and outdoor storage tank products
1. Large outdoor milk silos are suitable for storing insulated and cooled milk on ranches.
2. Made of food grade SUS304-2B material, the bottom of the inner tank is 4.0mm, the body of the inner tank is 3mm, and the outer shell is 2mm. The polyurethane foam insulation thickness is 100mm, and the temperature of fresh milk in the tank is less than ± 1.5 ℃ within 24 hours. Surface film protection, weld polishing treatment.
3. The tank body is in the form of a vertical cylinder, with a top cone top and a taper of 30, and a bottom cone low and a taper of 30. The milk outlet is equipped with a spiral plate.
4. There is an ice water jacket at the bottom of the tank and 1.5 meters below the barrel, which can be used to pre cool the tank before milk collection or for secondary warming during long-term milk storage.
5. The base is made of 304 stainless steel enclosure with a thickness of 12mm. The tank is equipped with a reinforced structure
6. Adopting a push type mixing device to ensure that the fat does not float up and the temperature of the milk in the tank is uniform without damaging the milk. Speed 960 revolutions per minute, motor (ABB) power 5.5kw
7. The breathing hole is located at the top of the tank and connected to the interior through a pipeline with a diameter of 150mm and made of SUS304 material. It is equipped with a cleaning device. There are fly and dust nets at the entrance and exit.
8. The top of the tank is equipped with a rotating cleaning ball with high flow rate and a cleaning pipeline of 051mm, ensuring that the entire tank is cleaned without dead corners. The lower part of the mixer is also equipped with a cleaning ball to avoid inadequate cleaning of the lower part
9. The inlet and outlet of the milk bin are made of SUS304 stainless steel pipes with a diameter of 63mm and equipped with APV inlet and outlet anti mixing valves. The pipes are insulated
10. The milk level in the milk bin adopts a static pressure liquid level sensor, and the amount of milk in the milk bin is directly displayed on the monitor in the form of weight, which is intuitive and clear. And equipped with liquid level upper and lower limit protection function.
11. The temperature of the milk in the milk warehouse is measured by a temperature sensing probe and displayed directly on the monitor, with an automatic alarm function. When the milk temperature is higher than the set temperature, the alarm will sound to prompt the staff.

The bridges, guardrails, and ladders between the milk silos are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
