Scope of application: Suitable for low-temperature vacuum concentration of thermosensitive materials, especially for concentration of aqueous solutions of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, starch sugar, etc.

 

Working principle: The primary and secondary steam is compressed by a heat pump and then provided to the primary heating system, thereby significantly reducing steam consumption and lowering production costs.

 

Equipment composition: One set of effective heater, effective evaporation chamber, heat pump, two effect heater, two effect evaporation chamber, condenser, liquid receiving tank, and system internal pipe fittings and valves.
